ANSWERS:

I have looked over the site but still have more questions.  What can I do?
You can always phone or email me.  Another option though is to set up a no obligation appointment to discuss your questions.  This gives you the chance to get a closer look at my quilting and Maudie, my quilting machine.
I live further away from you than I would like to travel - what arrangements can we make?
There are two options if you feel I am too far from your home.  First, you can always ship your quilt to me (See Shipping A Quilt link for special!).  Second, we could meet at a place somewhere in between our places to drop off or pick up your quilt.  It is helpful if the first time you can come to my studio but we can work around this.

I am unable to drive - can I still use your service?
If you cannot drive, we can make arrangements for pickup and delivery for a reasonable charge.
What do you mean by "hand-guided"?
Hand-guided is the word that alot of people don't notice or realize.  Many think I just push a button and the machine takes off and does the work.  There is a computerized add-on to these machines that can be purchased to give the machine the "push button" feature, but this is a $15-20,000 option, so I say nevermind !  My machine is basically just a large, heavy duty sewing machine on wheels.  There are a pair of wheels  that goes left and right on a track and another pair that goes forward and back.  Put those together and you can make the machine go in any direction.  On a regular machine you hand-guide the fabric, but on my machine the fabric is stationary and you hand-guide the machine.  So all of the stitching you see is like drawing with thread!  It takes a lot of practice to develop the hand to eye coordination needed.
